  • After your appointment has been scheduled, Rev. Ellen will send you contact information to get in touch at your appointment time.

  • If you are a new client, payment must be made via PayPal 24 hours before your appointment. No checks, please.

Are Appointments recorded?

I no longer provide recordings of your appointment, however you are welcome to use a smartphone or any other recording device available to you to do so.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you have pre-paid for an appointment and need to cancel, it is required that you send notification within 48 hours of your scheduled time, for a full refund. 

Is a phone or Skype/Zoom Appointment the same as in-person?

Yes. Time and location do not exist in Spirit, so any messages I recieve will be the same regardless of when, where or how we meet. 

How do I prepare for my Appointment?

Spend some time meditating on your situation, and feel free to write down any questions or topics you would like to cover.

 

If you have a Loved One in Spirit who you would like to talk to specifically, please ask them ahead of time to join you, or you can bring a photo or personal item of theirs to your appointment.
